This arrangement works well for our existing clients. We provide staff on a temporary basis, and if you feel a team member is a good fit for your service, you can continue to rebook them for up to 12 consecutive weeks. After the 12-week period, you are free to bring that staff member onto your team directly, without any further agency invoicing.
Available whenever you need support, this is the most common and popular solution offered by recruitment agencies. We have a strong team of highly trained staff with diverse experience across a wide range of care backgrounds.
We will interview any staff that we would consider putting forward to you. This is to eradicate any time wasted on your end, you tell us exactly what you need, and we will find it for you.
